A participant at the ReBrand Employment Initiative for Youth in Alberta was shocked to learn that his daily energy drinks have 56 grams (or 11.2 teaspoons) of sugar per 473 mL can.
A 5-year-old participant attending the program would only eat something green and healthy if his mom hid it in chocolate. After attending this program, the young child realized he liked vegetables, learned about the value of eating nutritious food and started making different recipes with greens in them.
